Kugg is a DJ with love for vinyl. He mainly collects Balearic and breakbeat records. The tunes in this mix blend dreamy snares with chanting for freedom and against oppression.
It started from a feeling of solitude in the cold winter and was finalised mid-summer with a sense of purpose and togetherness. We are all experiencing exceptions to our plans. This mix was delayed many times. What kugg realised in the recording of this mix was that hope did not have to come from completing projects but from making conscious choices in everyday life.
This shorter-than-average mix is a beautiful blend of balearic sounds with breakbeat rhythms showcasing Kugg's keen musical taste.
