The earworm mix series gives DJ’s total creative freedom over what they want to play and an oppurtunity to showcase a part of their taste that’s potentially unheard by fans and listeners, building a place of expression and discovery.
Originally from the Shetland Islands in Scotland and now based in Malmö, Sweden, Jack Hardie AKA “Bolam” is the creator and curator of the Earworm platform.
“The idea for earworm came from a desire to create a platform centred around the exploration, curiosity and expression of all corners of ones musical taste. I find it very interesting to hear other sides of what people are into and I’m humbled by how many have resonated with this as well. A huge thanks to everyone who’s contributed, whether it’s with a mix or just by listening.”
The earworm logo design is created by the inimitable Madrid-born Malmö-based artist and designer ‘Skinny Gonzales’
The mix & label artwork are designed by the very talented and prolific Edinburgh-based graphic designer ‘Finlay Milne’
